- Autobahn A9 (Nürnberg-Berlin) Exit Bayreuth Süd
- follow the sings to "Universität"
by train
- from Bayreuth station (Hauptbahnhof Bayreuth) take the bus to the central bus station: Haltestelle ZOH
- from there the connecting lines 304 (direction Birken/Universität) and 306 (direction Universität/Campus), leave the bus on campus at the bus stop "Uni-Verwaltung"
